As our Datacenter Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating our colocation infrastructure, managing providers, and ensuring smooth operations across our datacenter landscape. - You coordinate with colocation providers to ensure service quality, SLA compliance, and operational transparency.
- You align rack space and power capacity with stakeholder demand through structured planning and monitoring.
- You organize hardware and spare parts logistics, including procurement, inventory, and delivery coordination.
- You manage Remote Hands services and ensure accurate execution of onsite tasks.
- You maintain clear, customer-focused documentation and communication for all datacenter-related activities.

- Proven experience in datacenter operations, infrastructure planning, or vendor management.
- Solid understanding of colocation environments and hardware logistics (a technical background is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and vendors.
- Fluent in both German and English.
