Have you already worked for several years as a System Engineer (f/m/d) in large, highly available Linux environments? Have you already demonstrated your leadership skills and would you like to lead a cross-functional team of IT experts in an unusual and exciting challenge? Then send us your application! - Several years of management experience of an IT Operations/DevOps team with a focus on people management and team development.
- Very good knowledge of OpenSource technologies, especially in the areas of Linux, storage and backup.
- Practical experience in the operation and automation of secure and highly available Linux server farms.
- Know-how in the operation of modern infrastructure-as-code architectures based on K8s, Docker, git config management and metrics-based monitoring.
- Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with colleagues and customers as well as strong decision-making skills.
