You will provide support to the product management team of our international brands mail.com and GMX as we strive to ensure the continuous growth of our brands. This includes the following responsibilities:
- You will analyze and visualize KPIs from various touchpoints along our user journey.
- You will analyze and categorize feedback from our 4.5 million international users.
- You will monitor and test various customer mailings to help us ensure the best possible user experience.
- You will assist our Product Management and Customer Experience team in conducting user surveys as well as market and competitor analyses.

- Your qualifications which inspire us
You are currently enrolled in a degree program in marketing, economics, communications, business administration, or similar and have at least one more year before graduation.
- You have a very analytical and results-oriented mindset.
- You enjoy working with numbers and have very good Excel skills.
- Ideally, you have some experience working with CRM systems and some basic html/CSS skills.
- You speak English fluently; good German skills are a plus.
- You demonstrate an ability to work proactively and independently, and enjoy working in an international team and a dynamic environment.
- You are available to work approximately 16 to 20 hours per week, and possibly more in the semester breaks.
